Karen Altschuld, Au.D, earned her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University in 1992 and her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. She now holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Karen is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Her interests include diagnostic audiology, hearing aid dispensing, and rehabilitation. Patients may see Karen at the East Broad Street location.
Laura Holtsford Anderson, M.A., was awarded a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Laura is a certified member of the American Speech and Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Laura worked as a clinical audiologist for the Southeast Ohio Speech and Hearing Center from 1986 to 1989. he began working at Ohio ENT in 1989. Laura is located at the Bethel Road location.
Paula Dendiu Beale, M. A., was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She worked as an audiologist at Columbus Children's Hospital from 1976 to 1984. She subsequently joined Ohio ENT in 1984 as a clinical audiologist. Paula is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the Ohio Academy of Audiology, and a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Paula is located at the Bethel Road office.
Dana Bruggeman, Au.D, earned her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from The Ohio State University in 1994. She was awarded her Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. Recently, Dana completed her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida. Dana had worked previously as a clinical audiologist in Cincinnati for 5 years before moving to the central Ohio area. Dana is located at the Clime Road office.
Amber Butcher, M.A., was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing from Ohio University in 1995 and graduated with her Master's degree in Audiology from The Ohio State University in 1999. She has been employed with our practice since 2000. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Amber's interests include pediatric and adult hearing evaluation and hearing aid dispensing. Patients may see Amber at the St. Ann's office.
Dana Claxton, Au.D., earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from The University of Akron in 2005. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from The University of Akron in 2009. Dana is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. She is located at the Bethel Road office.
Mary Beth Fais, Au.D, was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science and a Masters of Audiology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa Arizona. Mary Beth is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Beth has been affiliated with Ohio ENT as a clinical audiologist since 1977. She is located at the Bethel Road location.
Carolyn Gigliotti, Au.D, was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences (Philosophy Minor) from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Carolyn is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Fellow at the American Academy of Audiology and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Patients can see Carolyn at the Bethel Road and St. Ann's locations.
Judy Lazor, Au.D, CCC-A, FAAA was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University in 1979 and completed her Master of Arts degree in Audiology at The Ohio State University in 1981. She received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa Arizona. Judy worked as an audiologist with the Department of Otolaryngology and University Otolaryngologists, Inc. at The Ohio State University from 1981 to 1996. After leaving Columbus, she joined Buckland Ear Nose and Throat, LLC. in Manchester, Connecticut for 4 years as a clinical audiologist and later joined Ear Nose and Throat Center of New Jersey for one-year. She re-joined University Otolaryngologists, Inc. in August 2005. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow with the American Academy of Audiology. Patients may see Judy at the Bethel Road and the East Broad Street locations.
Pamela Minard, Au.D., earned her undergraduate degree in Speech & Hearing Science and her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry's Audiology program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is board certified through the American Academy of Audiology and is certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Her interests include diagnostic audiology, hearing aid dispensing, ENG, and vestibular rehabilitation. She sees patients at our Delaware office and in Westerville at 444 North Cleveland Ave.
Leigh Temsey Au.D, was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and a Masters in Audiology from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. She received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa Arizona. Leigh is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Leigh is located at the East Broad Street location.
